My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and guided by your goals, drawing on evidence-informed practices that support reflection, growth, and meaningful conversations.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative and tailored to fit person in front of me. Some clients may benefit from more structure, or practical strategies. Others may need a slower pace and time to reflect before moving into deeper work. I work with clients to find an approach that feels supportive, and respectful.
