My approach is grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and curiosity about each person's unique experiences. I value creating space for open conversations, reflection, and practical exploration while supporting you in understanding your strengths, perspectives, and what matters most to you.
Life has taught me that no one exists in only one season. We move through cycles of joy, grief, growth, stillness, resilience, and renewal, and how we experience one chapter may look very different from another. To me, that is simply part of being human.
