    • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)

  • Yes. You do not need to arrive with a clear label or complete plan. The first session is a space to explore what has been feeling difficult and identify what support may be helpful.

  • Yes. Sharon works with children ages 7–12 and adolescents. Her background in early childhood education, youth programming, psychology, and child-focused settings informs her developmentally sensitive approach.
