  • Yes. Rupa offers counselling in English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu. Clients can identify their preferred language when contacting the clinic or booking.

  • Rupa has experience providing cross-cultural counselling to immigrants, refugees, newcomers, and clients from varied cultural, racial, and faith backgrounds. She invites clients to identify which aspects of culture, migration, identity, family, or community are relevant to their care.

  • The consultation is a brief introductory conversation where you can ask questions, describe the type of support you are seeking, and explore whether Rupa may be a suitable fit. It is not a therapy session, assessment, diagnosis, or crisis service.
