Kristen Paliwoda
Registered Psychologist
Hello! My name is Kristen. I work with adults and adolescents who may be navigating difficult emotions, life transitions, relationship concerns, or moments when things feel uncertain. I'm naturally curious about people's stories and believe that understanding your experiences, strengths, and values is an important part of providing meaningful support.

My approach is warm, relaxed, collaborative, and client-centered. I value the therapeutic relationship and work to create a space where clients feel heard, validated, and comfortable sharing at their own pace.
Healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about learning to be human with yourself. I believe therapy should feel like an exhale — a space where you can show up as you are and be met with understanding instead of expectation.
