Bianca Biasini

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Hello! My name is Bianca. I support children age 8+, teens and adults with anxiety, self-esteem, identity, emotional regulation, relationship challenges and major life changes. I have a particular interest in the ways social media, comparison and body-image pressure can affect adolescent confidence and sense of self.

Get to Know Me
& How I Work

  • Common reasons my clients reach out may include:

    • Caught in a cycle of worry or overthinking — replaying conversations, anticipating what could go wrong, or finding it difficult to switch off.

    • Struggling with confidence or self-esteem — being hard on yourself, comparing yourself to others, or questioning your strengths.

    • Feeling the pressure of social media or comparison — including concerns around body image, appearance, fear of judgment, or feeling like everyone else is doing better.

    • Questioning who you are or where you belong — exploring your identity, values, relationships, or sense of self.

    • Going through a major change — such as a breakup, relationship change, loss, or another transition that has left you feeling uncertain about what comes next.

    • Having a hard time managing emotions — feeling overwhelmed by big emotions or finding it difficult to respond in the way you would like.

  • Your first session is a chance to know one another and talk about what led you to seek support. I would ask about your current concerns, and what you hope for, while leaving plenty of room for questions. The conversation is paced so you do not feel put on the spot or expected to share more than you are ready for.

Together, we will identify an initial focus and discuss where we could begin, with a sense of next steps.
