Offering warm, culturally responsive support for children ages 7–12, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families.
Hello, I'm Sharon
I believe meaningful support begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, identity, or moments when things feel difficult to manage. My goal is to create a warm and respectful space where you can explore your experiences openly and take the time you need to understand yourself better.
I approach therapy with curiosity, and a deep respect for each person's unique story. I recognize that experiences, culture, and personal background all shape how we see the world, and I value creating space for those parts of you to be understood. Together, we can explore what feels most important to you using approaches that align with your goals and needs.
